My Grandmas Pool

The warm pool is surrounded by the old metal gate, that welcomes me like a long lost friend when I dive in. I hear the strong vacuum sucking all the leaves out of the bottom of the pool, when I silently swim to the other end. Stop. My head rises out of the slightly salty water to hear the soft pitter-patter of the cold rain falling around me. I slowly walk out of the pool, which was calling for me to stay in, and open the rusty latch on the metal gate. I half walk half run towards my warm towel and wrap it around me.

As I open my eyes I see the ancient red rocks mocking me by their enormous height and a creamy blue sky with a raven circling. “Breathtaking isn’t it?” said a calm voice. I turn, to see a beautiful young lady with long black hair wearing a dark green dress. She’s holding a baby wrapped in a soft white blanket. They are surrounded by lush lime green plants, coloured windows and a blue stained glass door with a bronze handle. The lady sits down on a concrete bench and starts to play with her baby. Slowly, I walk towards the blue stained glass door. I turn the bronze handle on the door and walk into a very mysterious study.

Hi everyone, i am really sick and at home but can someone tell me what you did today??? I am really annoyed that i missed kapa haka or that science extension class thing. Did you do anything intresting? any way i gotta run bye.

Hi i hope that we can do our plays today!!!! There’s nothing really to talk about but is anyone doing anything interesting any time soon????? I can’t wait until the disco but its soooo far away. The bring and bye is gonna be awesome but that also is soooo far away. The substitute teacher looks really nice. It’s going to be so sad to see the baby mice go but i hope that the pet shop can tell if the mice are a boy or girl. I hope we can keep the one with the black patch over it’s eye. I can’t wait until we see the mouse cage attachment it looks really cool.

hey everybodyi am sooooooo glad we got that mouse cage attachment it looks so awesome. The plays are cool me, Rosa, Julia, Emily, Marko and Molly are doing one about 6 people in a lift and a dog. It is really wild! Compleatly changing the subject don’t you think its cool to be in touch with a class from another content, another country, another city, another well you get the picture. Does anyone know what the intrenet address is????

Sorry i haven’t posted any thing for a while but i really want to win a blogger!:) I can’ t wait till the end of term. I hope we get the extra thing on the mouse cage, it looks sooooo cool. Anyone doing something interesting on the weekend?

Muffin had 2 babies!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They are soooooooo cute.Thank god that they’re both girls. Rosa, Millie and Harry are so lucky that they get to look after the mice in the holidays!!!!!!!!:) oh well it’s 2 weeks off school. I’m going to the Great Barrier Reef for a couple of days and I’m getting a kitten that might be from the S.P.C.A.
